You think you may have seen some incredible homes, but this one is definitely no exception. With indiscriminate luxury, Castillo Caribe has to be one of the finest beachfront estate homes in the world. Located in South Sound, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, this three story, 45,000 square foot property was designed by John Doak Architecture and interior designed by Marc-Michaels. The Spanish Colonial styled home was completed in 2008 and is the largest single-family home built on the Cayman Islands. Castillo Caribe offers a rare opportunity to combine privacy, security, luxury and lifestyle all on a pristine white sandy beach overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The residence features numerous impressive details such as 400 bottle wine cellar/grotto, outdoor kitchen, his and her study, media room/ home theater, billiards room, kids lounge, security system, in-home fitness center, spa/hot tub, massage table, steam room, staff quarters, helipad, tennis court, terrace/outdoor space, a four car garage and ocean front living. Interior design elements include, six chandeliers, two grand staircases, indoor trees and flowers, huge plush sofas, dramatic woven ceiling, granite countertops, beautiful stone walls, polished and honed Jerusalem Gold floors, as well as hardwood flooring, enormous windows and drapes all decorated with antiques from around the world.

There are two master suites in contrasting styles, one Balinese, one of classic European elegance. Two children’s suites, one teenager’s suite, two guest suites, one with living, dining and kitchen area and one staff suite. All suites have bathrooms with shower or bath with most having walk-in closets and balconies. There are a total of eight ensuite bathrooms, with beautiful hand-carved onyx, granite and sandstone vessel sinks throughout, as well as marble tiles, granite countertops and custom vanities. There is a powder room on every floor, and guest shower rooms near the pool and tennis court. The basement alone features a kids playroom a size bigger than most people’s homes. At 4,000 square feet, it features a bouncy castle, swing set and slide, ball pit, seesaw, sofas and bean bags. All of this can be yours for only $59,500,000! Via
