A contemporary Barcelona residence

This spectacular three level residence in Ciudad Condal, Barcelona resembles the British style but is surprisingly modern. Small balustrades, columns and doors with arches frame the entrance to the house, with a small cozy courtyard, which serves as the garden. This avant-garde interior, with amazing architectural solutions was designed by architect Joan Sandoval Amat, who focused on the extent of the spaces and the search for natural light.

The housing consists of three floors and an attic which is accessed through a unique iron staircase. On the ground floor we find dining, a guest bathroom and the kitchen, with a large sliding glass door that goes unnoticed. The homes decoration is chalk full of eclecticism, with surprising mixes that work perfectly. The two upper floors are comprised of bedrooms and their respective bathrooms; one of them organized exclusively for parents and the other, to the bedrooms of children. In the attic was created a magnificent space for games, with access to a small terrace worthy of mention for the spectacular views offered on Barcelona. Via
