Moroccan-inspired beachfront estate

L’Oasis villa is a breathtaking Moroccan inspired retreat with contemporary overtones, located in a secluded and gated beachfront estate offering total privacy at the end of Baie Rouge beach, St. Martin, in the Caribbean Sea. Upon entry to the home is a dramatic domed ceiling with a fountain which gives guests a peaceful and serene feeling of walking into a tropical oasis. The villa features a fully equipped media room, five king bed suites and one suite with twin beds, a gourmet kitchen with a full-time chef.

L’Oasis features also a full spa with a gym room, an exterior Jacuzzi, a massage room with two tables, a manicure/pedicure area and a bathroom with steam room. When it comes to swimming, guests can choose from a dip in the sea, or either of the two swimming pools, one is located at the villa and the other on the sand with a spectacular beach pavilion. The main pool by the house has a very large deck, several loungers, stone table and chairs for pool side dining, umbrellas and full music system. The Beach Pavilion pool features built-in chaises, umbrellas and a cocktail table in the shallow end.

The living room has been beautifully decorated with a mixture of Moroccan, Indonesian and custom wicker furniture, original artwork and mosaic and a walkup bar with refrigerator. Plush built-in seating features mounds of pillows for relaxing. A powder room with hand cast glass sink adjoins the living room.
