On the third floor of this beautiful well-kept stone property dating from the early 1900s, is a completely renovated and unique home in Linnéstaden, Sweden. An Heirloom dream, this 1076 square foot (100 square meters) two bedroom, one bath apartment has undergone a complete renovation to the smallest detail. All wall surfaces have a fresh coat of paint, the parquet floors have been restored to their original lustre, the bedroom and kitchen have changed places and the bathroom has been fully renovated and equipped with a washing machine. The kitchen was previously located by the courtyard and was relatively small so it was renovated to accommodate a big turn of the century apartment. The kitchen is now the heart of the home with generous space for dinner guests.

The high and confidential mode provides a pleasantly calm at home and when you look out over the greenery outside the windows, it’s hard to believe that the apartment is so central. The stylish apartment features an open and airy floor plan, characterized by a peaceful and timeless atmosphere and beautiful large windows welcome the light to flood in over the solid oak parquet flooring with herringbone pattern. An incredibly beautiful fireplace enhances the heirloom feel and adds weight to the kitchen. Not only is the apartment completely renovated, it has generous windows in two directions, more than three meter high ceilings, beautiful moldings and two fabulous balconies. Here you can take morning coffee in the east location, dinner in the west and in between a wonderful home to live in.

This fabulous home is listed for sale here while the link lasts.
