This newly built a wonderful turn of the century dream is situated in one of the best housing compounds in Linnegatan, Sweden. The 484 square foot (45 square meters) apartment is located on a quiet street in a beautiful building from 1899. The newly renovated residence is fresh and stylish, with large kitchen, bathroom and a large lounge of approximately 269 square feet (25 square meters). The idea behind the kitchen design was to create a social atmosphere with timeless, classy materials. The kitchen nook is adjacent to the kitchen, which gives a good contact between the guest and chef. The wide window niche offers the opportunity to cultivate your own spice garden. The floor is in a classic checkered pattern and the walls are white tone, with the exception of a rectangle in black. The living room is situated on the tranquil side of the street. Two large window areas let in plenty of natural light. The freshly painted walls in white and ceiling height of over three meters provide space and make the room bright and pleasant. On the courtyard side of the house is the renovated laundry cottage and adjacent to it, the residents enjoy the courtyard which is also recently refurbished in attractive Japan-inspired style.

We found this gorgeous home listed for sale from the Alvhem Makleri website, here. What do you think of this property, could you live here?

Very beautiful house. Very suitable for those who love the colour contrast of white and black!
