This incredible modern residence is situated in Beverly Hills, California, designed by architecture studio JENDRETZKI LLC. The scope of the project called for a full reconfiguration of a Hal Levitt 50’s house. Harold or “Hal” Levitt is best known for the mid-century stunners he has designed for Hollywood’s elite. The stunning entrance doors to the 5,000 square foot home were designed by designer John Houshmand. Partitions were replaced with shelving units to open up and connect all spaces. New ipe interior flooring extends out to the pool deck. The swimming pool was reconfigured to better follow the house and illuminated with fiber-optic stars. New solar photovoltaic panels provide power and water heating panels heat the pool.
