The home was constructed of logs from burned-out forests. They were squared off by hand in the inside, yet rounded on the outside. This would make it easier for hanging decor and keeping dust from collecting between the logs.

This charming turn of the century apartment discovered on Alvhem invites a social lifestyle with its bright and airy interiors, located in Linnéstaden, Gothenburg, Sweden. With a total surface area of 570 square feet (53 square meters), this home showcases plenty of preserved details from the late 1800s. All rooms having been renovated to offer current trend amenities while at the same time incorporating lovely details from the past.
